New for 2010 is the changing of the 5 Mile to an 8K and adding a 5K.

Time: 8K runners: 7:30 a.m., walkers: few minute delay

Route:
The route has changed for this year, because of the change in location for our registration. Plus, we have a slight difference in distance plus a second distance. We will have 1 finish line both distances. The finish line will be on the track!!! The great news is that the track is brand new. We will have our red balloon finish line marker (don't worry it won't damage the football field) Here are links to the new routes.
Facilities:
There will be showers available in the gym. There will also be portajohns near the start lines.
Awards:
Overall and Masters for 5K run, 5K walk, 8K run and 8K walk
Age group awards for all races as follows: 12 & under, 13 - 15, 16 - 19, 20 - 24, 25 - 29, 30 - 34, 35 - 39, 40 - 44, 45 - 49, 50 - 54, 55 - 59, 60 - 64, 65 - 69, 70 - 74, and 75 & up
The awards ceremony will take place just outside the high school gym (weather permitting). The time will be approximately at 9:15 a.m. There will be an announcement made at the pancake breakfast just before we start doing the awards. The awards will be done in the following order: 8K walk, 8K run, door prizes, 5K walk, 5K run and more door prizes.
