Volunteers
The one aspect of the race that can always use more people is the volunteer list.  Does the race not fit into your training schedule?  Are you coming out to the race because you have someone that is running or walking?  Do you live along the race route?  Do you just feel like volunteering?  We can use you somewhere.  If you have a particular area that you'd really like, let me know.  If you just want to volunteer and don't care where you are, let me know that too.

Here are the currently available volunteer opportunities:

Water stations at miles 1 and 4 for the 8K will also be the water stations for the 5K route, thus you may want more than 2 people, whereas the miles 2 and 3 will only have the 8K runners & walkers.

For those along the race route, the festival theme this year is "Disney Fantasy", so bring out your costumes and ears and such.  Have fun with the theme.

So, if you'd like to volunteer, please send a quick email to Mandy and let her know.  She'll let you know what is still available.
